Shipments & Returns

Your pack shipment
We ship WORLDWIDE and packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
All items supplied or repaired by us are fully tested and carefully packed before shipping, including the use of anti-static bags/wrapping where applicable.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

By Air
By Air transportation we usually use the Batam International airport, you just need to tell us your local airport, you need to do the local customs clearance service

By Sea
If the goods are relatively large , Shipping By Sea is the most reason to like the solution, But the shortcomings of the by Sea is the speed slow, it reaches the global time is 30 days. Of course, Shipping by Sea your must add insurance.

By Postal
We can be shipped from Indonesia Post , But the speed of the postal service is very slow , to the global time is 7-20 days, And by Postal have not full insurance, so we have no recommended.

About Clearance
We do not include the product reaches the destination country’s customs clearance services. If you need such services, please notify us.

We will only authorise the return of an item in the following cases:

Faulty when received
If you have any problems within warranty period from the date of delivery then please contact our Customer Relationship Team who will be happy to help and explain what you need to do next.

Damage in transit
If items are damaged in transit this should be reported to us within 7 days so we can provide you with a replacement unit. If there is no availability for a replacement, the price of the items, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the items were purchased. Carriage costs will also be refunded if the damage was due to our packing and/or our carrier.
The Customer should not return any damaged items until they are instructed to do so by LAIZ TECH as they may be subject to inspection from the courier company.

Returns policy and Incorrect item
If you receive items which do not match those ordered, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange collection and return.

Should you wish to return an item for any other reason than stated above we must be informed of the return and reason for return in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item. You then have a further 30 days to return the item in the original condition and packaging which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. Returns of this nature will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

This returns policy excludes software and specially manufactured products.
